Level One (U8)
In this program, professional coaches guide U8 players through an eight-week program. Players are placed in groups with eight players, and each group has one or two parent volunteers leading the drills. During this program, the professional coaches organize and set up all of the practice sessions while enlisting the help of the parents in organizing and training the players. On Saturdays, they participate in matches against teams from the clubs in Issaquah, Lake Hills, Bellevue and Mercer Island. These games are played as four-a-side matches (3 vs. 3 plus a goal keeper).
Level Two (U9)
In the second year, U9, the sessions with the professional coaches are reduced to once per week, with parent volunteer coaches running the second weekly practice session on their own. These teams continue participating in matches against teams from the clubs in Issaquah, Lake Hills, Bellevue and Mercer Island. Weekend games are five-a-side (4 vs. 4 plus a goal keeper).
Level Three (U10)
In the third year there are no formal sessions with the professional coaches. However, on-demand assistance is always available as a resource to the parent volunteer coaches who are now running both weekly practice sessions on their own. Saturday matches continue to be held against teams from the clubs in Issaquah, Lake Hills, Bellevue and Mercer Island. U10 matches have six players on the field (5 vs. 5 plus a goal keeper).
